6 Regarding the handling of remaining Chives

2% allocated to social media promoters: Settlement once a month. If there should be any amount of the allocation remaining leftover, half 50% will be reserved for future use and the remaining 50% will be distributed proportionally to the currency holding addresses of all social media contributors.

1% of document writing and translation: If there is any remaining, it will not be moved temporarily.

The remaining 2%: Excluding the expenses for video and commercial promotion, the remaining Chives will not move temporarily.

7 About the reward application method and reward settlement cycle (requires the support of the off-chain budget voting system)

1) After the development of the budget decision voting system is completed, anyone can apply for rewards, or apply to be a reviewer (responsible for reviewing the reward applications of other personnel).

2) Rewards can be applied for and reviewed at any time.

3) The number of reward reviewers is temporarily controlled to within 20.

4) Each award application requires at least four reviewers to review and agree, and a maximum of six reviewers can review.

5) With one account, you can apply for rewards or make evaluations. But cannot evaluate your own award application.

6) Each reviewer will be rewarded according to the number of audit records. Each audit can get 10 Chives. If the number of monthly audit records exceeds 50, an additional 500 Chives can be awarded.

7) Regarding the joining, monitoring, and exiting mechanisms of reviewers, detailed regulations will be made after the budget decision-making voting system runs for a period of time. In the first few months, you can use an open mechanism to open up to the outside world. If you find that the reviewer is malicious, you can directly disable the review function of the account. The main principles of Chives community reviewers to follow are: trust, supervision, and action.

8 Additional instructions for reward distribution

As Chives is early in development, initial rates of social media rewards start at a temporarily reduced rate for testing until a balance is achieved. The reward plan can be adjusted accordingly.

The reason why too many rewards cannot be set is to prevent social media rewards from exceeding the 2% allocation. After all, if there is a remaining balance, it can be airdropped to everyone.

This rule is only a temporary plan. The specific rules can be revised while discussing during the implementation process.
